The Word: Additional Beatles Fan Fiction and Poetry
With the cooperation of Susan Ryan, editor of Rooftop Sessions, I've moved the stories and poetry I've had published on that site here. As honored as I am to have had my work accepted there, I've always wanted it on my own site and am proud to have it return "home." Any new Beatles fan fiction I write (besides the Lennon's Line series) will also appear here.

Fan Fiction
When Paul receives a mysterious guitar a few months after Linda's death, it takes him on a quest that could reunite him with her -- or trap him in the realm of the dead.
This is the first fan fiction I wrote; it first appeared in Rooftop Sessions in the summer of 2000 and was included in the now sold-out first volume of the RS digest. I've made a few slight changes to this version.
How can the Beatles successfully record a Christmas album when none of them have the Christmas spirit?
This appeared in the December 2002 Christmas issue. I'm not too pleased with the pacing of this story; perhaps I'll revise it at some point.
A Hard Midsummer's Night--First Place Winner in BOF's July 2004 Short Story Assignment Contest
When the Beatles stumble into a world where John, Paul, and George "belong," what will Ringo do when his friends get into trouble?
This story is unique to my site.

Poetry
This appeared in the October 2000 issue of Rooftop Sessions in honor of what would have been John's 60th birthday. It's a parody of Chuck Berry's "Roll Over Beethoven."
This appeared in the December 2000 issue of Rooftop Sessions as a tribute to John and as a way for me to deal with the 20th anniversary of his death.
